Wedding Invitation Collection orders are shipped within 12-14 business days of approval of proof.

Cards and Gift Orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our paper goods and will do our best to inspect each item prior to shipment to make sure it meets our quality standard. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. Unfortunately because of the custom nature of invitations, we cannot provide refunds. If an item is damaged in shipment please let us know within 3 business days of receipt. All shipping costs are non-refundable as well. Any cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
It is important to note that screen colors can differ on every monitor. Please allow for slight variations of color when comparing screen to print.

Purchasing from the Wedding Collection
Upon purchase with complete verbiage filled out at checkout, you will receive a proof of your design for your approval via email in 1-2 business days. Your purchase includes one proof and one round of textual revisions. Any rounds of revisions beyond that will be billed at $50 each.
